Milk and cheese were a stand out. There were clean and exceptional rooms with a clean bathroom. The setting of hotel was marvellous and good, close to local museum. Moreover, it's very close to all main attractions, the Skye island, and restaurants.

The room we stayed in was lovely, cozy, and comfortable. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the remote location of the hotel, as it allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
We found it a bit challenging to find a nearby place to eat, especially during the winter season. It would have been helpful to have more dining options available in the vicinity.

Skye was the highlight of our trip and staying at this B&B was a game-changer. The tranquil location in Trotternish allowed us to fully immerse in nature, while the comfortable and well-equipped room provided all the necessities for a self-catered stay. The owners, Linda and Roddy, were incredibly attentive and always available online to assist us throughout our stay. The breakfast prepared by Linda, featuring delicious salmon, was absolutely fabulous. The inclusive and welcoming atmosphere made us feel truly at home, and we highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Isle of Skye. We can't wait to return!

the owner, Linda, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Macs Rooms. the room was comfortable with a great view, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including a wine bottle opener, adapter plug, and bathrobe. the breakfast, which was included with the room, was excellent - delicious and filling. I especially appreciated the remote location, as it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.
